# **Clinical Solutions Architect**

### **About the role**

RevelAi Health is seeking a mission-driven Clinical Solutions Architect to support our expanding network of enterprise health systems and specialty care partners. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical and clinical bridge between our AI-powered care orchestration platform and the real-world workflows of large provider organizations.

You will lead implementations from initial integration through full deployment, collaborating closely with clinicians, care teams, IT staff, and product engineers. Proficiency with interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and APIs is essential, as is the ability to articulate how solutions like smart triage agents or PROMs campaigns support CMS quality metrics.

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer, ensuring alignment with both operational execution and strategic growth initiatives.

**Location**: Remote or Hybrid (Preferred: Triangle area or major health tech hub)  
**Team**: Customer Success & Enterprise Delivery  
**Reports To**: Director of Operations and Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer

### **What You’ll Do**

- Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients—from kickoff through go-live  
- Translate customer needs into technical and workflow requirements  
- Configure and support data flows using SMART on FHIR, HL7, Redox, or direct EHR integrations  
- Collaborate with engineering to scope API requirements and integration logic  
- Serve as the clinical voice of the customer in delivery planning and product feedback loops  
- Support success tracking across projects, including metrics tied to quality reporting, care gap closure, and utilization  
- Train and empower end-users (providers, nurses, care managers) on our platform and agent workflows

### **What We’re Looking For**

- Clinical background (RN, NP, PA, MD, PT/OT, etc.) strongly preferred  
- 2+ years of experience in health tech, digital health, or care delivery innovation  
- Familiarity with interoperability standards: HL7v2, FHIR (especially SMART on FHIR), APIs  
- Strong communication skills—you can engage both a hospital CIO and a bedside nurse  
- Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable wearing multiple hats and solving complex problems  
- Passion for improving access to care, enhancing population health, and leveraging AI to reshape healthcare delivery

### **Bonus If You Have**

- Experience with population health, care coordination, or value-based care models  
- Background working with Redox, Epic App Orchard, or Cerner Ignite APIs  
- Experience leading enterprise implementations or clinical workflow redesign projects  
- Comfort demoing products or participating in sales engineering conversations
