# **Founding Engineer**

### **About the role**

We're hiring a Founding Engineer with full-stack and generative AI experience. You’ll work directly with the CTO and founding team to build, ship, and iterate fast on products used by both clinicians and patients.

This is a rare opportunity to own the full engineering cycle—from building backend services to crafting seamless patient and care team experiences—and shape the foundation of a category-defining healthcare platform.

### **Skills Required**

- TypeScript
- Python (FastAPI)
- React (Vite)
- AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with GenAI stack (LLM APIs, vector stores, agent frameworks)

**Our Stack**: Node, Python (FastAPI), React (Vite), AWS, Redox (for EHR integrations), custom Agent Frameworks

### **Responsibilities**

- Build and ship core product features with direct impact on care team efficiency and patient experience
- Collaborate with CTO, clinical and product leads to define and implement GenAI agents that support care delivery
- Take ownership of integrations with EHRs and data infrastructure via Redox and FHIR APIs
- Help define engineering culture with the CTO, tooling, and roadmap as a foundational team member
- Talk to users regularly and shape the product through hands-on iteration

- Embedding LLM agents into post-discharge patient workflows via EHR APIs
- Designing long-term memory models to personalize agent responses based on multi-month longitudinal patient data
- Building next-gen UI paradigms for automated, engaging patient-reported outcome collection
